Nordic is now introducing their TRUE SERIES HOOP in Maple and Mahogany.
Their all-Maple bass drum hoops come in three sizes at 12ply thickness. They are made from the same high-grade material as their shells, so you can expect perfectly round hoops with great seams, no gaps, or flat spots.
The maple veneers come from Michigan with a harness level of 1450. The 10ply is 7mm (.276”) thick and the 12ply is 8.3mm (.327”) thick.
Their Mahogany veneers come from Africa with a hardness level of 1100. They only offer the Mahogany in a 12-ply which is 7mm (.276”) thick.
Hoops are shipped raw to maintain affordable pricing for their customers. This also allows you to finish the hoops exactly as desired.
